When we test an item, we only make sure it powers up, or charges up, we do not "use" the item for any length of time, or in the manner in which it was intended. An item weighing 4 lbs. can cost over $20.00 to ship to CA, but only cost about $7.00 to ship to OH, otherwise we would use flat rates more often. Please allow a minimum of 7 days to pass before asking where your item is. Most items go out Priority mail, and arrive very quickly, but on very light items we use first class, which is also usually pretty quick, but we have seen it take up to 9 days. For International Buyers, shipping time may be up to 3 weeks. On lower priced items we will use parcel post to keep the cost down for you, if your item is listed as shipping parcel post and you prefer priority, please ask for the adjusted cost of this service before paying for your item. Ships within 1 business day after payment has cleared. Payment is due immediately following end of auction.
